The first week of the 2025 NFL season is in the books, meaning fantasy football managers are already scrambling to fix their rosters.

Week 1 was abnormal for many of the top players — especially in terms of the wide receivers — making this a perfect time to take advantage of potential concerned owners.

Here are three players that fantasy managers should buy-low on ahead of Week 2 (with one bonus addition at the end).

1. Nico Collins, WR, Houston Texans

Collins remains my favorite breakout player this season, and a disappointing Week 1 makes him a top target.

The Texans' offense struggled against a Los Angeles Rams defense that shut down Collins, but quarterback CJ Stroud should bounce back as soon as this week in a Monday night matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Collins is far and away the best option in Houston, and he proved the last two years that he has serious WR1 potential. The fact that a true second option in Christian Kirk is returning soon should only open the field more for Collins.

2. George Pickens, WR, Dallas Cowboys

George Pickens, Cowboys

...

The Cowboys offense looked really good before their opening night weather delay, and Pickens already proved to have some chemistry with quarterback Dak Prescott.

Pickens caught three of his four targets for 30 yards, but should see that number greatly increase over the next few weeks — especially in the red zone.

The Cowboys offense has proven to be strong enough to carry two fantasy wide receivers, and don't be surprised if Pickens has a 1,000-yard season when it's all said and done. Get him now before it's too late.

3. Tyrone Tracy Jr., RB, New York Giants

Tracy fell in drafts this year with all the hype surrounding rookie running back Cam Skattebo. That never made sense.

Tracy is the RB1 in New York, and had 10 rushes to go along with five targets in their Week 1 matchup. The only problem is the offense was abysmal, mustering just two field goals. That has to be rock bottom for that offense. (right?)

With Tracy getting the majority of the work out of the backfield, take advantage of a fantasy manager not liking his production, and add a team's RB1 who will be getting plenty of opportunities to score touchdowns when the Giants finally make it into the red zone.

Bonus Must-Have Fantasy Football Addition

This may not be a buy-low option since there's a good chance they're on the waiver wire: Go get the Buffalo Bills defense/special teams.

The Bills had a bad Week 1 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens and face a potential high-powered New York Jets team in Week 2. After that?

That's five potential big performances over the next six weeks from what's expected to be one of the league's best fantasy defenses.
