The Los Angeles Rams are looking to make significant moves as the free agency period arrives this week, with the latest bringing them another two-time Super Bowl-winning cornerback.
On a busy Monday of news and rumors, NFL insider Adam Schefter revealed that cornerback Jaylen Watson is going to join the Rams' secondary.
According to Schefter's breaking news report, Watson is joining the Rams on a three-year deal. That move comes soon after the news that the Rams signed cornerback Trent McDuffie, also from the Chiefs, to a $124M four-year extension.

Schefter joked in his report on X (formerly Twitter) that the Los Angeles Rams are now "The KC Rams" due to these big moves.
Watson is a two-time Super Bowl champion with the Chiefs. Since joining Kansas City in 2022, his career stats include 178 combined tackles, four sacks, and three interceptions.
Los Angeles finished the past season with an exit from the playoffs after losing to their NFC rivals, the Seattle Seahawks, in the NFC Championship Game.
The Rams ranked below the middle of the NFL’s teams in passing defense, allowing 216.7 yards per game. They've now picked up some needed help for the secondary as they look to build on last season's success and push for another Super Bowl.
As of this writing, more details were on the way about this breaking news from Schefter on a busy day of NFL news.
