Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders has apparently bought a luxury car that is worth $500,000, according to a video that appeared online and that was shared by ML Football. The car is a new olive green custom Rolls-Royce, which is an incredible-looking vehicle.

But the catch is that the price of the car exceeds the signing bonus that Sanders got from the Browns on his rookie deal. The deal that Sanders signed with the Browns is worth $4.6 million over four years.

This includes a signing bonus of roughly $447,380.

Sanders has been known for his expensive purchases in the past. The former Colorado quarterback bought one of his offensive linemen a $200,000 car in college.

Now that he has made it to the NFL, it seems that Sanders is using his money to get himself some nice things. Like anyone else in the NFL, he has the money to spend, so he can use it however he desires.

But this does go against what Sanders previously had said about not purchasing anything massive with his signing bonus. Originally, he stated that he was going to save money, but that has now been thrown out the window.

"I'm not tryna buy anything," Sanders told reporters. "My signing bonus ain't that high right now."

As the NFL season gets closer, there will be a lot of coverage around Sanders and the Browns. Sanders slipped down into the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, despite entering the draft weekend as an expected first-round selection.

The signal-caller will be competing for a role on the Browns in a loaded quarterback room. Veteran Joe Flacco and fourth-year quarterback Kenny Pickett are expected to compete for the starting job, leaving other roles open.

"I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity," Sanders said. "I don't ever focus on the negative or even think about the negative. I've just got to prove and show what I'm capable of. What fuels me is my purpose in life and understanding the route that we're going to have to take. Understanding that I was able to get an opportunity when a lot of people didn't want to give me an opportunity. So that's what I'm truly thankful for."

Sanders will have to beat out either of those two for the backup role, as well as fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel. It could be a tough challenge for Sanders, but he has been a confident player throughout his entire career.
