The NFl has cracked down on players not only getting into fights, but especially to those who throw punches. Ramsey being ejected is likely only one part of his punishment.

The above video shows Ramsey and Chase talking to one another, and the Steelers defender clearly throws a punch at his helmet, and also appears to grab his face mask.

The result of the punch being thrown turns into a scrum, with Chase clearly upset at what transpired.

Following the conclusion of the game, it would not be at all shocking if the Steelers defender is suspended for a game and/or hit with a sizeable fine.

Washington Commanders defender Daron Payne was suspended for one game almost immediately after he threw a punch at Amon-Ra St. Brown in Week 10. Payne was suspended for one game without pay, which could be what happens to Ramsey.

Ramsey should know better than to throw a punch at a player. As stated, the league has been cracking down on these types of incidents.

There will likely be an investigation, with the above video and more being shown. If the league came down hard on Payne for throwing a punch, Ramsey may get the same type of punishment. However, that will likely not be determined or announced until the end of the game, or even not until Monday.
