It's been an impressive start to the season for the Pittsburgh Steelers, despite losing on Thursday night to a banged-up Cincinnati Bengals team. The Steelers will have an opportunity to get back on track against an excellent Green Bay Packers squad next Sunday, before playing the Indianapolis Colts two days before the NFL trade deadline.
Approaching the deadline, the Steelers can use help on both sides of the football, but their lack of wide receivers outside of DK Metcalf is a bit concerning.

They have some other avenues they can head in, but the reality is that the Steelers have to improve on the offensive side of the football. When searching for players who could help them, Jared Dubin of CBS Sports linked Pittsburgh to an intriguing trade, noting that it could bring in Jakobi Meyers of the Las Vegas Raiders.
“Pittsburgh is as much in need of receiver help as any team in the NFL. After trading George Pickens to the Cowboys this offseason, the Steelers' wide receivers are DK Metcalf, Roman Wilson, Calvin Austin III, Scott Miller, Ben Skowronek and Ke'Shawn Williams.
“Aaron Rodgers has been able to make do in games against certain opponents, but the Steelers have also had a fairly soft schedule to date. As things get more difficult over the second half of the year, and if their defense continues to allow opponents to move the ball with more consistency than it has over the last several seasons, the Steelers are going to need more juice offensively in order to continue winning games,” he wrote.

Meyers is on a brutal Raiders team, a squad expected to sell.
On the year, he has 29 catches for 329 yards.
A season ago, he finished with 87 receptions for 1,027 yards. If he can be that player in Pittsburgh, he'd be a great addition to what the Steelers are looking to do.
