At the moment, it seems that the world championship scene at WWE is between the same group of people every single time.

While there's no doubt that these wrestlers are incredibly talented, there are plenty of other WWE Superstars who are more than capable of carrying on a main event match.

So let's take a look at some current WWE Superstars that currently don't have a title who should be a part of the world championship picture.

WWE Sami Zayn Chad Gable

...

Jacob Fatu

Fans weren't sure what to expect when Solo Sikoa started the New Bloodline. While it seemed that WWE was looking to make Sikoa the star of the group, that role was stolen from him by the Samoan Werewolf.

Jacob Fatu has proven to be one of the most explosive and charismatic performers on the roster. While he hasn't won a championship yet, there's no doubt that he is a main-event caliber talent who deserves a world title at some point.

Bronson Reed

Another Superstar who has proven to be a monster is Bronson Reed. After being released in 2021, Reed came back with a vengeance and terrorized the main roster with moves most big men wouldn't even attempt.

Reed is one of the scariest heels in the company and has shown that he can execute iconic moments that stick in the audience's memory. Once he gets back from injury, he should 100 percent be put in the main event scene.

Ilja Dragunov

Formerly known as Walter, Gunther began his dominance in WWE with NXT UK before carrying it to NXT proper and the main roster. That being said, there was always one wrestler who was a thorn in his side and could keep up with the Ring General: Ilja Dragunov.

Dragunov has proven he can have hard-hitting classics with any type of wrestler, ranging from big brutes like Gunther to high-flyers like Carmelo Hayes (another wrestler who could be on this list). One of the most committed wrestlers in the company, Dragunov could easily hold a title reign for a long time and make the entire thing compelling.

Jey Uso

'Main Event' Jey Uso has spent the majority of his career working as part of a group, whether just alongside his brother Jimmy or as part of The Bloodline. However, in recent years, he has gotten over with the fans in a huge way, making him one of the most popular superstars on the roster.

At this moment, it looks like Jey really has a chance to win the world title that he genuinely deserves. However, for the next four wrestlers, there doesn't seem to be any immediate plans to get them in the main event picture.

Shinsuke Nakamura

At one point, it seemed like Shinsuke Nakamura was the future of WWE, winning the NXT Championship and the Royal Rumble in 2018.

However, this never seemed to be the case, and Nakamura was relegated to the midcard for most of his time on the main roster. Now that his time with WWE seems to be coming up, it's likely that it will never happen. But if it were, Nakamura would be a great candidate to win Money in the Bank and cash in at an opportune moment.

Xavier Woods

Despite their recent evil tendencies, The New Day is one of the greatest and most beloved stables in wrestling history. This is largely because of its talented members, including former WWE Champions Big E and Kofi Kingston.

Unfortunately, Xavier Woods has never had that opportunity. In fact, he has never held a singles title in WWE, only winning King of the Ring when it returned in 2021. Needless to say, Woods has done more than enough in his career to at least earn a shot for a world title. In fact, his turn as a heel could be the perfect catalyst for this opportunity.

Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn has been so heavily involved in the main event picture, feuding with the likes of Roman Reigns, the Bloodline, and World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. In fact, he beat Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 40.

The fans have been behind Zayn for a long time now. Hopefully, this will result in a world title win sooner rather than later.

Chad Gable

A major reason Zayn was able to beat Gunther was because of training he received from Chad Gable. Despite his incredible technical skill and connection with the crowd, Gable has yet to win a singles title in WWE.

Gable has an impressive pedigree and has proven his skill and commitment to the company countless times. He is more than deserving of a singles title run, especially with a world title.
