Seth Rollins has posted an update on social media following his recent shoulder surgery. The former World Heavyweight Champion shared a simple message with fans.

Taking to Instagram after the procedure, Rollins posted a photo with the caption, “See ya on the other side.”

Rollins was officially stripped of his World Heavyweight Championship on this past Monday's episode of Raw due to the injury. Raw General Manager Adam Pearce made the announcement, confirming that Rollins requires surgery and will be out of action indefinitely.

The injury is believed to have occurred during his main event match against Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes at the Crown Jewel premium live event on October 11. Rollins was seen favoring his shoulder after executing a coast-to-coast maneuver.

On the October 13 episode of Raw, Rollins was written off television when his Vision stablemates, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, brutally attacked him. While Pearce attributed the injury to this attack on-air, reports indicate the Crown Jewel incident was the actual cause.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, the full extent of the damage will not be known until after the surgery, but Rollins is expected to be out for "several months" at minimum. A lengthy recovery could potentially keep him out of action through WrestleMania 42 next April.
