On Thursday, President Donald Trump unveiled TrumpRx, a government-hosted portal that directs patients to discounted, cash-priced prescription drugs offered by participating manufacturers and pharmacy coupon partners.

The portal listed more than 40 medications at launch, including GLP-1 weight-loss and diabetes treatments.

Trump said the site would yield major savings by channeling most-favored-nation pricing agreements for select drugs, with officials emphasizing that discounts apply to cash purchases and that insurance prices may differ.

Why It Matters

Administration officials have positioned TrumpRx as a response to persistent concerns about high health care costs, saying the platform aggregates manufacturer-direct offers and coupon codes for consumers paying cash. The White House said certain drugs would be discounted by as much as 80 percent or more, including fertility medicines and GLP-1 therapies, while noting that savings would vary by drug and manufacturer.

Full List of TrumpRx Medications and Savings

Since these medications show ranges of savings depending on strength, their exact ranking position could vary. All prices are taken from TrumpRx and are based on starting dosage, or smallest strength, when available. More drugs are expected to be added to the TrumpRx website in the future.

How To Buy TrumpRx Medications

TrumpRx doesn't provide or sell the medications listed. It instead links to coupon codes that can be redeemed at participating pharmacies.

Each medication listed has a coupon on the page under "How It Works," with an option to print said coupon or add it to a digital wallet on Android or Apple devices. A list of participating pharmacies is provided for each medication, and these differ based on the drug.

What Happens Next

The White House has said additional products from companies that have signed most-favored-nation pricing deals would be added in the coming months, expanding beyond the initial set of about 40 branded medicines.
