It's the Monday Night RAW before Christmas and the WWE will continue the build to Royal Rumble and 2020's WrestleMania.

While this episode was taped after last week's RAW there's still some matches and angles that fans will want to take a look at including the US Championship match between Rey Mysterio and Seth Rollins.

Rollins and the Authors of Pain have put the RAW locker room on notice as "The Architect" tries to become the savior of the brand. He took out Mysterio after the champ gave Kevin Owens a steel pipe to use against the AOP and Rollins, so a little payback was coming to Rey. But can Mysterio fend off Rollins and his muscle or will Rollins gain more power by becoming the de facto top champion on RAW?

Elsewhere, the feud between AJ Styles and Randy Orton continues. This time, however, the Viking Raiders are involved.

After Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows defeated The Viking Raiders last week, a six-man tag match will hopefully pave the way for both feuds in the coming weeks. We'll likely get a one-on-one between Orton and Styles and a RAW Tag Team Championship match between The Club and Viking Raiders seems like an inevitability at this point.

There's quite a bit that's to happen on this week's RAW and the following is a brief rundown of what happened during the taping. This section will continually update with more details as it appears on television.
