Sasha Banks Teases WWE Women's Tag Team Division on Instagram

As rumors circulate about a possible WWE Women's Tag Team Division, Sasha Banks took to Instagram to tease its formation, as well as her team with Bayley.

Banks posted a photo of her and Bayley posing, with a caption that reads, "The Boss n Hug Connection is ready to dominate the women's tag team division." The WWE Superstar followed that caption with a shocked emoji and the hashtags "did I say that" and "say it loud."

Take a look at Banks' Instagram post below.

Social media has been a useful tool for WWE Superstars to interact with fans and the WWE Universe as a whole. It's also allowed them to advance storylines and promote their brands. This isn't the first time Banks has teased the prospect of a Women's Tag Team Division on social media. Before the July announcement of the first WWE all-women's pay-per-view, Evolution, Banks posted photos of past WWE Women's Tag Team Champions on her Instagram Story.

After the Evolution announcement, WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon told Sky Sports that Women's Tag Team titles will not be added at the show.

"Not quite yet, but that's absolutely something we've heard loud and clear from our fan base and it's something we're keen on implementing as soon as we are able to."

Despite official word that Women's Tag Team titles won't be added at Evolution, a tag division for the WWE Women is in the works. If Banks and Bayley's current domination of tag matches in the women's division on Monday Night RAW is any indication, the Boss n Hug Connection will be challenging for the championships very soon.
