Cardi B Claps Back at Claims Offset Cheated With Saweetie

Cardi B has shot back at claims that her husband Offset cheated on her with fellow rapper Saweetie.

The "WAP" rapper—whose given name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar—has had to defend her husband from cheating allegations before.

According to Urban Islandz, an individual who identified himself as Nicki Minaj's stylist made allegations that the Migos rapper Offset—real name Kiari Cephus—slept with Saweetie.

"My Type" rapper Saweetie—real name Diamonté Quiava Valentin Harper—previously dated rapper Quavo, Offset's bandmate.

One of the tweets from Twitter user @@SleezeMaraj reads in part: "Offset deff f***** SAWEETIE THOU."

And another tweet reads: "I'm still gaggin at you blatantly lying about OFFSET FCKN SAWEETIE."

Cardi shot back to say: "No baby you lying ! You makin crazy lies starting sh** and putting female rappers in it WIT NO RECEIPTS,no blog ever spoke on this all of a sudden you come out of jail 5 days ago and you made up for lied in 2 hours wit NO RECEIPTS."

Newsweek has contacted Cardi B for further comment.

The star tied the knot with Offset in September 2017 and the couple has endured their fair share of ups and downs, with Cardi B filing for divorce in the fall of 2019, though they reunited in November 2020.

Offset has three children from previous relationships while he and Cardi are parents to a daughter Kulture Kiari, who turned 4 in July, and in September 2021, welcomed a baby boy, Wave Set Cephus.

Cardi B made headlines this week when she hit back at former UFC fighter Jake Shields who compared her to controversial influencer Andrew Tate.

"People are freaking out about young boys looking up to Andrew Tate but totally fine with young girls looking up to Cardi B and the Kardashians," Shields tweeted.

He continued: "Tate's Main message is stop being lazy and making excuses and go work hard and get in shape and make money. Cardi's Is go do drugs, f*** random men and go through life as a brain dead Moron."

Tate, a former Big Brother contestant, is widely known on social media for his controversial ideas, which have often been labeled as "dangerous" and "misogynistic."

The rapper responded to Shields' Twitter thread on Saturday in a now-deleted post, which was screenshotted by entertainment blog The Neighborhood Talk.

"I'm married, I don't smoke weed, I don't pop pills, I don't do coke," Cardi wrote. "I'm a mom of 2 kids and I do a lot of charity work ... but hey let me put cardi into it to defend a man who defend misogyny and rape."
