'Godzilla Vs. Kong': What Time is It Out and How to Watch Online
Godzilla Vs. Kong will be released on Wednesday, March 31 across most of the U.S., when viewers will be able to watch the two most famous monsters in the movies face off. Though some countries will be releasing the film into cinemas, a lot of viewers will be watching the movie sequel in their homes. Luckily, the sequel to Godzilla, Kong: Skull Island and Godzilla: King of the Monsters will be streaming very soon.
What time is Godzilla Vs. Kong out?
In the U.S., Godzilla Vs. Kong is one of the movies this year getting a simultaneous release in theaters where they are open and on HBO Max.
The first of the Warner Bros. movies to get an HBO Max release was Wonder Woman 1984, which was released at 9 a.m. PT. However, movie releases on the streamer since like The Little Things and Zack Snyder's Justice League came to the streamer earlier in the day.
Godzilla Vs. Kong is set to follow them. The film will be released at 3 a.m. ET on the east coast. When it is available where you are in the U.S. will depend on your time zone. The movie will be streaming at the following times in the following time zones:

March 30
- Hawaii Standard Time (HST): 9 p.m.
- Hawaii-Aleutian Daylight Time (HDT): 10 p.m.
- Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT): 11 p.m.
March 31
- Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) / Mountain Standard Time (MST): Midnight on March 31
- Mountain Daylight Time (MDT): 1 a.m.

How to watch Godzilla Vs. Kong online
In the U.S., Godzilla Vs. Kong is an HBO Max exclusive, meaning that the streamer is the only place to watch the movie legally.
In order to watch it on the streamer, viewers will have to pay for at least a month's worth of access to the streamer. This costs $14.99. The service no longer offers a free trial to new customers.
There is a way, however, to watch HBO Max for free, meaning that viewers will be able to watch Godzilla Vs. Kong for nothing. They can do this by signing up to the HBO Max add-on on Hulu, where viewers get a free week before having to pay $14.99 a month.
As HBO Max is currently a U.S.-only service, other countries will get the movie on different streaming service and at different times. The U.K., for example, is getting the film on April 1 on premium video on demand (PVOD) services like Amazon, Sky and iTunes for an expected price of £15.99. In Canada meanwhile, Warner Bros. has reversed its decision to just release the film in cinemas, meaning that viewers will be able to buy the movie on PVOD services on March 31 for $24.99 CAD.
The film has already been released in Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Singapore, Taiwan, Argentina, Australia, South Korea, Mexico, The Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, China, Spain and Vietnam (per IMDB).
The official synopsis for the movie reads: "The epic next chapter in the cinematic Monsterverse pits two of the greatest icons in motion picture history against one another - the fearsome Godzilla and the mighty Kong - with humanity caught in the balance."
Viewers in the U.S. who want to watch the previous movies in the new Godzilla/Kong universe, meanwhile, can do so on HBO Max now.
