Love is paying attention, and one man has all the details down.
A video posted to TikTok by Elliot (@epr.14) has gone viral after a man revealed his process of making a jewelry box for his girlfriend for times when she stays over at his place. Since the video was posted on August 25, it has received one million views and over 170,000 likes.
"Making somewhere for my girlfriend to put her jewelry when she stays over," Elliot captioned the video. "Took a while but I'm happy with the results."

In the video, Elliot took a pre-constructed miniature wooden house and painted itviolet, his girlfriend's favorite color. He then personalized it by writing 'Violet's Jewelry.'
It was revealed in the comments that Elliot's girlfriend's name is Violet, making the purple paint color choice all the more apt.
But that wasn't all—her miniature house also needed a miniature garden! Elliot shredded green paper himself to make grass.
After all was said and done, he concluded with, "I hope she likes it!"

Viewers in the comments couldn't believe the lengths Elliot went to to give his girlfriend her own home away from home.
"This man bought a whole bucket of paint just to paint a tiny house her fav color," @yupaaahhh wrote.
"This is literally the sweetest thing I've ever seen," @hollamber wrote. "I'm crying in public."
Elliot's act served as an inspiration to both men considering crafty gifts and women who needed their standards raised.
"We are all crying, this is so sweet," @mmaddisonnooccoo wrote. "My ex would just throw my rings on the ground when we went to bed, the bar has been risen."
"I cried yesterday because my fiancé marked our wedding officiant's email as important in his Gmail," @becca_tw wrote. "This would floor me."
Some people had their own ideas for what Elliot should do with the jewelry box once the couple moves to the next level: "You better put her engagement ring in this," @tobeyannie wrote.
In the comments, Elliot shared the update everyone had been waiting for. "She loved it!" he wrote.
"Violet has a violet house for her rings," @ambs.xo23 wrote. "This is true love."
Since the success of the gift video, Elliott has taken to posting other content of him and Violet doing activities together. He recently posted a different kind of DIY video, this time making pizza from scratch with his girlfriend.
