Nintendo eShop Sales March 15: 'Kirby Star Allies' and 'Splatoon 2' DLC Highlight This Week's Update

The March 15 Nintendo eShop update includes some big first- and third-party games, as well as the option to purchase the Splatoon 2 story expansion coming this summer.

Kirby Star Allies releases March 16 and will bring the pink puffball to the Nintendo Switch for the first time. You can play alone or with friends as you discover new powers and save Planet Popstar from King Dedede and other forces of evil.

Attack on Titan 2 from Koei Tecmo marks the debut of Titan-slaying action on a Nintendo system. The game comes out March 20 and Switch owners will be able to experience the anime as they fight alongside Eren and the rest of humanity to take down the Titans.

Splatoon 2 fans will also have the option to pre-purchase the Octo Expansion before it releases this summer. The DLC will run gamers $19.99, and it includes 80 missions and the option to play as an Octoling after completing the new story.

As for this week's Switch and 3DS sales, there are a handful of games being sold for less than $10. Big titles like Shovel Knight from last week are not available for that price but there are some indie titles worth a look.

Here's a list of other new software coming to Switch the week of March 15.
