With Pokémon Sword and Shield coming to Nintendo Switch this November, fans and potential fans will want to get a taste of the Galar region before the game's release.
Nintendo announced that a demo for the Gen 8 Pokémon games will be set up at this year's PAX West in Seattle. The Sword and Shield festivities begin with players being able to visit the "Galar Visitors Center."
Here, fans will be able to take their Galar region passport photo, speak with "tour guides" to learn more about the local activities and characters. They'll also be able to receive special items just for visiting.
