PS5 Restock Updates for Target, Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Newegg and More

The PlayStation 5 is again sold out across major retailers in the U.S after a week in which gamers were treated to unexpected restocks from Amazon and Target.

The retailers released a limited amount of PS5 Digital Edition consoles on Tuesday, which were swiftly snapped up by gamers looking to get their hands on Sony's next-gen property.

The restocks quickly sold out at the PS5 Digital Edition is now unavailable, as is the standard version of the PS5.

Here's a breakdown of the latest PS5 restock information from Walmart, GameStop, Target, PlayStation Direct, Amazon and more.

Amazon PS5 Restock

Having been available in limited numbers from selected sellers last week, the PlayStation 5 is now sold out on Amazon.

Both versions of the console are listed as "currently unavailable" on the Amazon website, along with a message stating the seller does not yet know when or if the PS5 will be back in stock.

It is worth bearing in mind that, unlike other retailers, Amazon doesn't normally announce its restocks ahead of time. To keep track of any updates, gamers should follow Twitter accounts such as @Wario64 and @GYXdeals, which often have insights on restocks.

Antonline PS5 Restock

The PS5 is sold out at Antonline and it is yet to indicate when the next restock will drop. Gamers, however, should monitor the retailer's social media channels as Antonline has previously announced its restocks on Twitter.

It is worth noting that Antonline has previously committed to making a limited number of next-gen consoles available every week and it has so far delivered more or less regularly on that promise.

The PS5 is sold out at GameStop, after the retailer swiftly sold out of its latest restock last week, which included the consoles as part of several different bundles.

The retailer alerted customers to the restock via its Twitter account and gamers should follow GameStop's social media channels for updates on further stock drops.

As with other retailers, gamers can keep track of any updates by following Twitter accounts such as @Wario64, @PS5Updates and @GYXdeals, which often have updates on restocks.

Target PS5 Restock

Both versions of the PS5 remain unavailable at Target after the retailer's latest restock of PS5 Digital Edition swiftly sold out on Tuesday.

The standard edition wasn't included in the restock and remains out of stock, as it has been since last month.

Before the consoles ran out, they were only available online, with drive-up or pick-up collection once the order had been placed. There was also a limit of one console per customer. Both conditions are likely to remain in place for future restocks.
