Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre Emerick Aubameyang has ruled out a reunion with former boss Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.

The Gabonese forward, who is on international duty at the African Cup of Nations, has been frequently linked with a move away from the Bundesliga club.

Aubameyang has said he is happy playing at Dortmund but suggested he would be willing to leave for the right club.

"Nobody can foresee the future," the 27-year-old told German newspaper Bild. "I love it at Dortmund, but I can't say that I'll stay for two more years, or five or 10.

"It's possible that a club could reach an agreement with Dortmund in June, and I'll go."

However, Aubameyang dismissed Anfield as a possible destination when he does leave the German club. "I don't think that'll happen," he said when asked about signing with Klopp.

Klopp won the Bundesliga twice with Dortmund before succeeding Brendan Rodgers as manager of Liverpool in 2015.

His side is third in the Premier League and hosts Swansea City at Anfield on Saturday.
