Former Texas wide receiver Parker Livingstone is switching sides in the Red River Rivalry, committing to the Oklahoma Sooners after entering the transfer portal, according to ESPN's Pete Thamel.
Livingstone was one of the Arch Manning's focal points in the passing game, catching 29 passes for 516 yards and six touchdowns in 2025.

The receiver still has three years of eligibility left, and his surprise entrance into the portal made him one of the more sought-after offensive players.
He has made visits to Norman, Oklahoma, and Indiana since entering the transfer portal, and he has now made up his mind to become one of the more hated players in Texas.

The 6-foot-4, 191-pound pass catcher made a good deal of tough catches last season, showing resilience to go over the middle of the field.
With Manning returning for his redshirt junior season, many in the college football world expected Livingstone to return as well, especially since they had a good relationship as roommates at Texas.
"Never in a million years did I think I would be going into the portal looking for a new home," Livingtone wrote in his announcement.
"Some things are out of my control. Such is the reality of the ever-changing landscape of college football. Emptied my tank every day for this great university, my teammates & all of the good folks of Texas. Grateful.”
His statement raised eyebrows at the time due to the sudden nature of the move. While it is not clear what exactly happened, Livingstone reportedly had an offer from Texas on the table to return, according to On Texas Football's Bobby Burton.
"Livingstone was offered a mid-six-figure NIL/rev share deal and turned it down. The offer was never withdrawn. But yeah, he was forced out involuntarily. Whatever," Burton wrote.

According to 247 Sports, Livingstone was the No. 68 overall transfer player in the portal, sitting No. 16 among all receivers.
Now, he will be a target for returning Oklahoma quarterback John Mateer, who has been pegged to come back and lead the Sooners in 2026.
