Iyo Sky's History With The Kabuki Warriors
On WWE TV, Sky is no stranger to Asuka and Sane. All three were once members of the Damage CTRL faction. Once Sky's popularity soared, the stable quietly disbanded. Sky remained close to The Kabuki Warriors before Asuka grew jealous of "The Genius of the Sky" for developing a bond with Ripley.
At the conclusion of the Sept. 22, 2025 episode of "Raw," Asuka and Sane turned on Sky. Asuka dropped Sky with a spinning backfist, and Sane delivered an Insane Elbow to her former friend. Throughout the story, Sane never wanted to betray Sky, but she did so under Asuka's orders.
At "Crown Jewel," Sky and Ripley teamed up to face The Kabuki Warriors in Perth. The babyface team won the match, and Asuka has been berating Sane ever since. It's led many fans to believe that Sane is due for a face turn at "WrestleMania 42."
