Xbox Series X Restock Update for Walmart, Antonline, GameStop, Target, Amazon and More

The Xbox Series X has only been available once this week and, even then, the supplies did not last long.

You actually have several options for buying the Xbox Series S right now, as the less-powerful console is listed at multiple retailers.

Below is a breakdown of the latest information on Xbox Series X restocks.

Walmart Xbox Series X Restock

Although it is now out of stock yet again, Walmart was briefly selling the Xbox Series X Thursday at the usual slot of 3 p.m. ET.

For a very short-lived window, the next-gen hardware was available (on its own without any peripherals or games) for the recommended manufacture's price of $499. According to several Twitter users, this availability lasted for mere seconds before the item was completely sold out, but there were a few lucky individuals who managed to grab one.

This is the second consecutive week that Walmart has managed to restock Microsoft's console, as there was another drop July 22, once again, at 3 p.m. ET.

There are a few remaining units listed on the website (along with an Xbox Series S), but these are being traded by third-party scalers and so are quite overpriced. For example, there is currently an Xbox Series X going for an extortionate $839.99.

Antonline Xbox Series X

As we reported in our last update, there are a couple of Xbox Series S bundles listed on Antonline's website.

Both packages feature the cheaper model, alongside an extra wireless controller and one of two games (either Assassin's Creed: Valhalla or Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War). Regardless of which bundle you get, you will be paying $404.97 in total, which is a fair price considering everything that is included.

If you are holding out for the Xbox Series X instead, then you will unfortunately have to look elsewhere for the time being, given that Antonline is out of stock.

GameStop Xbox Series X Restock

If we disregard a few exclusive sales, reserved for its "PowerUp Pro Members," GameStop has not released any Xbox Series X supplies since July 16.

While there is currently no word on when this might change, the merchant is long overdue for a restock at this point.

Until that happens, you can buy an Xbox Series S from the GameStop website, bundled together with a three-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. This will set you back $344.98.

Best Buy Xbox Series X Restock

Likewise, the Xbox Series S is also available in multiple bundles at Best Buy.

It can be purchased on its own (for $299.99), with a three-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription (for $344.98), with an extra wireless controller (for $352.98) or with a Seagate storage expansion card (for $519.98).

There are currently no options for purchasing the Xbox Series X from Best Buy.

Microsoft Store Xbox Series X Restock

Microsoft's official store has been intermittently restocking on the Xbox Series S throughout the week.

In terms of getting a hold of the more elusive Series X model, there is an obscure way of using your Xbox One to place an order.

All you have to do is sign-up for the "Xbox Insiders" program to trial the new "Console Purchase Pilot." More in-depth instructions on how to do this can be found here.

Amazon Xbox Series X Restock

The only way that you will be able to get an Xbox Series X from Amazon is by paying well over the recommended manufacture's price. This is due to independent resellers capitalizing on the supply shortage by stockpiling units and trading them for an inflated cost.

The Amazon marketplace itself has not officially restocked Microsoft's console since its Prime Day flash sale back in June.

Newegg Xbox Series X Restock

The Xbox Series X was included as part of a Newegg Shuffle July 21 (alongside the PS5).

In case you are unaware of how Newegg distributes its more in-demand electronics, these "shuffles" are basically lottery draws that you can enter for a chance at purchasing their contents. This is largely considered to be a fairer system than the standard virtual queue that is used by many other outlets, as it is more difficult for resellers to exploit.

To be alerted the next time a Xbox Series X shuffle is running, follow dedicated console trackers like @Wario64 and @GYXdeals on Twitter.

Target Xbox Series X Restock

Target's Xbox Series X drops are no longer synchronized across the country, meaning that individual stores are now in charge of when they restock.

To find out if any locations near you are selling the console, you can search by ZIP code on Target's website. We have found that it is generally best to do so early in the morning, as that is when stores tend to update their inventory levels.

Costco Xbox Series X Restock

Neither the Xbox Series X nor its cheaper alternative the Xbox Series S can be purchased from Costco at the time of writing. If this situation changes, @Wario64 and @GYXdeals will be the first to let you know.
