French giants Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will test the resolve of Barcelona to keep hold of Brazilian star Neymar by tabling a £180 million ($223 million) bid, according to reports.

According to Goal, the Ligue 1 champion is turning its attention to Neymar after an unsuccessful summer spent attempting to lure Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid.

It is believed that PSG owners Nasser Al-Khelaifi and Olivier Letang already made attempts to bring the 24-year-old forward to the Parc des Princes this summer, offering the same wage Lionel Messi receives at Barcelona.

PSG is preparing to return once again to the Camp Nou with a massive £180 million offer, outstripping the fee Manchester United paid for Paul Pogba this summer.

This, however, still may not be accepted as Barcelona is believed to value the talented forward at £200 million ($248 million).

There is said to be little concern in Catalonia as well, as officials at the club believe Neymar is settled at Barcelona and not looking to leave.
