Spanish giant Real Madrid has made Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois its main target in the transfer window, according to reports.

Courtois, first choice at Premier League side Chelsea, spent three seasons in Spain's La Liga playing in the capital for Real rival Atletico Madrid.

But now the Belgian could be on his way to the Bernabeu as Real Madrid wants Courtois to replace Keylor Navas between the posts, according to Spanish radio station Cadena Cope.

The 24-year-old has already won La Liga, the Premier League and was a runner-up in the 2014 Champions League.

He is expected to start for Chelsea against Hull on Sunday.
