Xbox Series X Restock Update for Amazon, Walmart, Costco, GameStop, Best Buy and More

Xbox Series X restocks are finally picking up again, with outlets like Walmart, Costco and Microsoft's official storefront releasing units on a much more frequent basis.

With things now looking up, and Black Friday just around the corner, here is the latest information for all major U.S. retailers.

Walmart Xbox Series X Restock

It is unlikely that there will be another Walmart drop any time soon, given that the online marketplace has already restocked two days in a row this week (a third would be unprecedented).

The first of these restocks was admittedly a dud, as the website was afflicted with various server issues and technical faults. Many users reported that they were unable to even load the Xbox Series X product page in the first place, never mind add the item to their baskets. Even expert console trackers were flummoxed by the chaotic situation.

To compensate for this botched sale, Walmart then organized a second drop yesterday (November 2) which seemed to go a lot better. Unfortunately, this also means that the merchant's supplies have now been thoroughly depleted and there are no Xbox units left available.

On the bright side, Walmart has just launched its first Black Friday event - which is dedicated entirely to tech products – so you might want to check that out and see if there are any good deals that catch your eye. The sale in question will be running until Sunday, 7 November.

Microsoft Store Xbox Series X Restock

Restocks are becoming increasingly frequent at the Microsoft Store, with drops occurring on a weekly basis.

For the past few weeks, these have taken place on either Thursdays or Fridays. As such, we would advise that you be on the lookout around November 4 and November 5, just in case it happens again.

The storefront is also a dependable vendor of the Xbox Series S (if you are in the market for one of those), as the cheaper console is often in stock.

Costco Xbox Series X Restock

In terms of next-gen console restocks, Costco was totally inactive for a long time. However, it has started to up its game lately, with the outlet releasing new batches of PS5s both this week and last week.

Even though the retail chain has yet to replenish its Xbox Series X inventory, consumers should take this as an encouraging sign. Perhaps it indicates that those pesky supply chain issues are finally being addressed, or maybe Costco is just gearing up for Black Friday.

Either way, for the first time in months, it is definitely worth keeping an eye on this merchant.

Amazon Xbox Series X Restock

There has been no word yet on when Amazon will be restocking its console inventory for Black Friday, yet it is all-but guaranteed to happen eventually.

Until such a time, there are no Xbox Series X units available from the online marketplace.

GameStop Xbox Series X Restock

You are unable to add an Xbox Series X to your GameStop basket at the moment, but the retailer has only just coordinated a series of in-store restocks. Given the recency of this, you might be waiting a while for the next drop to occur.

To keep abreast of any developments with GameStop, we recommend that you follow trustworthy console tracker accounts like @GYXdeals, @XboxStockAlerts and @mattswider on Twitter.

Newegg Xbox Series X Restock

You can view the contents of today's Newegg Shuffle before it opens (you will need an account to actually enter the draw), but there are no Xbox Series X bundles included this time around.

It is always worth checking these daily lotteries, as gaming consoles are offered in them semi-regularly. Alternatively, you can browse the general Newegg marketplace to see if there are any second-hand Xbox units up for grabs.

Of course, anything you find here will inevitably be overpriced, given that third-party scalpers are allowed to trade on the website. For example, you can find a standalone Xbox Series X listed for $945, which is over $400 more than you should be paying.

Antonline Xbox Series X Restock

While the Xbox Series X is sold out at Antonline, you can purchase the all-digital Series S from the retailer.

As we pointed out in yesterday's PS5 restock update, the console's availability does seem to be fluctuating at the moment. It is currently listed in a $364.99 bundle but (as we have seen before) that could change at any minute.

If you do not see the item when you visit the Antonline website, we would advise that you keep persisting and try again later. After all, the Series S does not seem to go out of stock for very long.

Best Buy Xbox Series X Restock

There are no Xbox Series X bundles available at Best Buy right now, but the Series S is listed for its recommended manufacturer's price of $299.99.

Target Xbox Series X Restock

With Target no longer coordinating nationwide drops, you will now have to check the availability of the Xbox Series X at individual stores near you. This can be done on the retailer's website, where there is a field to narrow down your search results via ZIP-code.

Sam's Club Xbox Series X Restock

As per our last update, there are still no Xbox units (either the Series X or Series S) available at Sam's Club.

If there are any unexpected drops over the coming days, then the likes of @GYXdeals, @XboxStockAlerts and @mattswider will send out immediate alerts.
