'Destiny 2' Xur Inventory and Location September 3
Right on schedule, Destiny 2's wandering merchant Xur has teleported to a new place on the map. Here Is where you can find him for the window between Friday, September 3 and Tuesday, September 7.
Xur is Destiny's 2 travelling vendor, who pops up in various places around the map each weekend and trades exotic items. He will appear in a different location every Friday, at 1 p.m. ET, peddling a new selection of wares. There will always be an exotic weapon in stock and one piece of exotic armor one for each of the game's character classes (of which there are three in total).
When Bungie resets Destiny 2 on the following Tuesday (again at 1 p.m. ET), many of the game's weekly events and challenges will vanish. This will also happen to Xur, meaning that you only have 4 days to purchase any gear that you want from him, before he updates with a completely new inventory.
Newsweek will continue to track Xur's regular movements around the map, so that you know where to find him on any given day. We will also keep tabs of what items he is selling on a week-by-week basis, so that you can make informed decisions about how to spend your legendary shards.
Xur's location in 'Destiny 2' for September 3-7
Xur has several regular haunts, including the Tower Hangar, the Watcher's Grave area on Nesus, and in the Winding Cove area of the EDZ.
This week Xur can be found in the Nesus spot. He standing in the trees behind the barge at Watchers Grave. To get to Xur, spawn at the Watcher's Grave landing zone and make your way towards Calus's barge, where Xur is waiting at the far back, standing near the edge.
Items Available to Buy This Week:
Xur's inventory for this week includes several items. As always, there is one exotic weapon and three pieces of exotic armour (one for each character class). They are as follows:
- Hard Light (Auto Rifle)
- Graviton Forfeit (Hunter Helmet)
- Peregrine Greaves (Titan Armour)
- Contraverse Hold (Warlock Gauntlets)
Last week, Xur was stationed in the hangar zone in The Tower. He was selling items like the Tractor Cannon, the Knucklehead Radar, the Doom Fang Pauldron, the Promethium Spur legs and the Exotic Engram. As of Tuesday, September 1, his location and inventory reset.
