Riyadh, Saudi Arabia—President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump are welcomed by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, right, at a royal palace on May 20. While political turmoil continued to roil Washington over his firing of FBI Director James Comey, the president announced a $110 billion arms deal with Saudi Arabia that he said meant “jobs, jobs, jobs” for the U.S.
