Creole, Louisiana: An aerial view of floodwaters from Hurricane Delta on October 10, surrounding structures destroyed by Hurricane Laura. Delta made landfall near Creole as a Category 2 storm in Louisiana, initially leaving some 350,000 customers without power two days after the storm hit. The hurricane struck only six weeks after Laura—a Category 4 storm that landed in the state at the end of August and left catastrophic damage in its wake.
