West Calder, Scotland: Meerkats explore Halloween pumpkins at Scotland’s Five Sisters Zoo on October 24. The small mammals, which live in packs of up to 30, are known for their digging and burrowing abilities. Other animals at the zoo joined the seasonal fun with pumpkins in their own exhibits, including Baloo—an Asiatic black bear who was welcomed to the zoo in August—and Manja, a black-and-white ruffed lemur.
