'The Masked Singer' 2022: Meet the Contestants of Season 7's Third Round

The Masked Singer Season 7 has already eliminated eight contestants, but the Fox singing show has five new contestants to introduce to viewers.

Baby Mammoth, Jack in the Box, Prince, Queen Cobra and Space Bunny will all take to the stage in Week 7 of the 2022 season. They will be fighting it out for a spot in the finals alongside Firefly and Ringmaster.

The year's Masked Singer theme is "The Good, The Bad and The Cuddly," and the five new contestants are split among those categories.

So far, two "Good" contestants are in the final, so it remains to be seen whether they can be joined by any "Bad" or "Cuddly" cast members.

Scroll down for all five Masked Singer Round 3 contestants: and tune in on April 20 to find out which of them will be the first to exit the show.

Baby Mammoth

This Team Cuddly character is four foot wide, and features the largest head of any costume in Masked Singer history. This woolly mammoth is made not of wool but of hundreds of feet of organza.

In the first preview of Baby Mammoth, we hear her (and judging by a quick glimpse we get of her body without the costume, it is a woman) say: "When Team Cuddly asked me to join them I packed my trunk straight away. I don't want to blow my own trumpet but this voice needs to be heard, and I'm totally going to ice out the other team."

For the first clue, we got to see a pair of ruby red slippers of the sort worn by Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz.

Masked Singer host Nick Cannon calls this a "wicked clue," hinting we might be looking at a former cast member from that Broadway show. Though it is difficult to see the diminutive Kristin Chenoweth being able to support the weight of this giant costume, could she or co-star be "defying gravity" to appear on the Fox show?

Prince

Team Good's royal hope is this frog prince. He might not get a kiss from a princess in the coming weeks, but he could be taking home the Masked Singer trophy.

He said in his introduction: "When Team Good called me I leapt at the chance. I said, 'wait 'til they get a toad of me."

For his first clue, we see the Prince in a letterman jacket with "30" written on it. Despite his soulful vocals in the intro suggesting an R & B singer, this seems to suggest we have another athlete in the competition.

Steph Curry is probably the most famous athlete to have won the #30, leading him to be many people's early prediction for the character.

Jack in the Box

One of the season's oddest looks, the Jack in the Box is a bird-like creature coming out of a box.

So far, The Masked Singer has not released an introduction for the cast member, so could this be the long-rumored Rudy Giuliani costume that generated so much controversy before the season aired?

Space Bunny

Another Team Cuddly contestant, Space Bunny is ready to unleash a whole galaxy of cuteness onto the competition (even if he does look more like a chipmunk than a bunny if we are honest with ourselves.)

"I've achieved a lot over the course of my career," we hear the contestant say in his intro, while Nick Cannon jokes the costume is made out of one of judge Ken Jeong's jackets.

The first clue is a pink neon map of North Carolina, over which the Space Bunny says, "maybe I'll see you in the big city."

People from NC's largest city include people on about the right level of fame for the show like Community's Jim Rash and Riverdale's Skeet Ulrich. The far too famous Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is also from there (though the total unlikeliness of him being on the show has not stopped him being a common judges' guess.)

In the clip, however, we see the performer singing in what appears to be a Caribbean accent: could the map be a reference to "O Carolina," the first hit from Shaggy?

Queen Cobra

Queen Cobra on "The Masked Singer." Of the Round 3 contestants, her identity remains the most elusive. Fox

Not to be a stickler again, but the fact that Queen Cobra clearly has arms and legs makes her more of a lizard.

Either way, the Team Bad member's intro contains many snake puns. "You already know I'm charmed by music, but just wait until you hear my beautiful scales," she begins.

Per that video, this costume has been designed with maximum maneuverability in mind, suggesting that Queen Cobra may be some sort of dancing diva. Her clue, meanwhile, is a cartoon superhero with a question mark on his chest. We see her say of this: "Just remember: Stay in your lane."

The Masked Singer Season 7 airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
