Seoul, South Korea Activists attend a coronavirus prevention campaign on March 30. After an initial outbreak that was the second largest in the world after China at the end of February, South Korea was praised for its success in tamping down on new cases of the virus. Now, with the virus spreading around the world and out of concern about a resurgence, the government has issued new drastic quarantine measures for everyone arriving in the country from abroad.
